Shipping & Delivery

TX Store Fixtures ships retail display fixtures and store equipment to businesses across all 50 states. Since most of our products are large commercial items — display cases, gondola shelving, clothing racks, and more — the majority of our orders ship via freight (LTL) carriers.

Free Shipping in Texas

Orders over $500 (before tax) shipping to addresses within Texas qualify for free freight shipping. Orders under $500 within Texas will have shipping calculated based on size and weight.

Shipping Outside Texas

For orders shipping outside of Texas, freight costs are calculated based on distance, destination, and delivery site type. Factors that affect your shipping cost include:

Mileage — distance from our Dallas, TX warehouse to your delivery address

Delivery location type — malls, gas stations, retail strip centers, construction sites, and military bases may each have different freight requirements and accessibility that affect cost

Order size and weight — larger and heavier shipments cost more to transport

After you place your order, our team will calculate your exact freight cost and contact you with a shipping quote before your order ships. You will have the opportunity to approve the shipping cost before we proceed.

How Freight Shipping Works

Unlike small parcel delivery (UPS, FedEx), freight shipping is designed for large, heavy, or palletized items. Here is what to expect:

Delivery scheduling: The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Please make sure someone is available at your location to receive the shipment.

Curbside / dock delivery: Standard freight delivery is to the curb or loading dock at your address. If you need inside delivery, liftgate service, or delivery to a specific floor, let us know when placing your order so we can arrange it and include it in your quote.

Inspect before signing: When your shipment arrives, check all boxes and pallets for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If you see any damage, note it on the receipt before signing. This is critical for resolving any shipping damage issues.

Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the product. Many of our in-stock items ship within a few business days, while other items may require additional time for preparation or special handling. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your shipment leaves our warehouse.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take care in packaging every order, but damage can occasionally happen during freight transit. If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us as soon as possible at +1-469-277-2710 or info@txstorefixtures.com. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We handle damage claims on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find the best resolution.

Order Changes

Need to update your shipping address or modify your order? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually make changes at no extra cost. Once a shipment is in transit with the freight carrier, changes may not be possible or may incur additional fees.
