TX Store Fixtures offers Net 30 payment terms for qualifying businesses. Our financing program is designed for retailers, contractors, and business owners who need to outfit a store and want the flexibility to pay after delivery — with no interest charges.
How Net 30 Works
With Net 30 terms, you pay 50% of your order upfront as a deposit, and the remaining balance is due within 30 days of delivery. There is no interest charged during the 30-day payment period.
This allows you to receive your fixtures, get your store set up, and start generating revenue before paying the remaining balance.
Who Qualifies
Net 30 terms are available to businesses that meet the following requirements:
Minimum order of $5,000 — Net 30 is available on orders of $5,000 or more
Credit application — all applicants must complete a credit application
Credit check — we run a credit check as part of the approval process
Personal guarantee — a personal guarantee from the business owner is required on all Net 30 accounts
New Net 30 accounts start with a $5,000 credit limit. As you build payment history with us, your credit limit can be increased.
Payment Terms
Deposit: 50% of the order total is due at the time of purchase
Balance: The remaining 50% is due within 30 days of delivery
Interest: No interest is charged during the 30-day payment period
Payment methods for balance: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), wire transfer, ACH, or Zelle
Late Payments
We understand that things happen, but timely payment is important to maintaining your Net 30 account. Here is how we handle late payments:
Late fee: A flat $50 late fee is applied to any balance not paid within 30 days of delivery
Account suspension: Accounts with overdue balances will be suspended — no new orders can be placed until the balance is paid in full
Collections: Balances that remain unpaid after 60 days may be referred to a third-party collections agency. The personal guarantee on file means the business owner is personally responsible for the outstanding balance

3. We review your application and run a credit check — most applications are processed within 1–2 business days
4. Once approved, you can place your order with 50% down and Net 30 on the balance
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there any interest on Net 30?
No. There is zero interest charged during the 30-day payment period. You only pay the agreed order amount plus the $50 late fee if payment is late.
Can I use Net 30 on every order?
Net 30 is available on orders of $5,000 or more, subject to your approved credit limit. Orders under $5,000 require full payment at the time of purchase.
How do I increase my credit limit?
Credit limits are reviewed based on your payment history. Consistent on-time payments will qualify you for a higher limit. Contact us to request a credit limit increase.
What if I need to return an item purchased on Net 30?
Returns on Net 30 orders follow our standard Returns & Exchanges policy. Any refund will be applied to your outstanding balance first.
