Returns & Exchanges

At TX Store Fixtures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our team will work with you to find the best solution. Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us to get started.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, contact our team with your order number and the reason for your request:

Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed. Please do not ship items back without contacting us first — we need to authorize the return and provide you with a return shipping address.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition — unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging. Items that have been used, assembled, or modified may not be eligible for return.

Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. There is no strict time limit to request a return, but we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned items. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Since most of our products are large commercial items that ship via freight, return shipping can be significant. We recommend contacting us before initiating a return so we can help you understand the full cost and explore alternatives such as an exchange.

Exchanges

If you need a different product, size, or configuration, we are happy to arrange an exchange. Contact us with your order number and what you would like instead, and our team will work out the details. Exchanges can save you on restocking fees compared to a return. Please note that return shipping costs still apply for exchanges — the customer is responsible for shipping the original item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. You can choose to receive your refund back to your original payment method or as store credit toward a future purchase. Refunds are issued minus the 25% restocking fee. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Custom orders — any products made to order or customized to your specifications

Clearance and sale items — products purchased at a discounted or clearance price

Assembled items — products that have been assembled after delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage and your order number. Damage claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. For freight deliveries, always inspect your shipment and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing — this is important for resolving damage claims.
