Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, our minimum order is $500. This applies to all orders placed through our website or by phone.
How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website, or call us at +1-469-277-2710 to place an order over the phone. For large or custom orders, we recommend calling so our team can help you get the best pricing.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. We offer volume discounts on bulk orders β the more you buy, the more you save. If you are setting up a new store or placing a large order, call us or request a free quote and we will put together custom pricing for you.
Can I place a custom order?
Yes, we offer custom orders on many of our products. Whether you need specific dimensions, colors, configurations, or a product tailored to your space, contact our team to discuss what you need and we will work with you on a solution.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes β orders over $500 (before tax) shipping to addresses within Texas qualify for free freight shipping. For orders outside Texas, shipping costs are calculated based on mileage, destination, and delivery site type. See our full Shipping & Deliveries page for details.
How does shipping work for large items?
Most of our products ship via freight (LTL) carriers since they are large commercial items. For orders outside Texas, our team will calculate your freight cost and contact you with a quote after you place your order. You approve the shipping cost before we ship. How long does shipping take?
Processing times vary depending on the product. Many in-stock items ship within a few business days, while others may require additional preparation time. Delivery time depends on your location and the freight carrier schedule. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, wire transfer, ACH, and Zelle. We also offer Net 30 payment terms for qualifying businesses.
How do I qualify for Net 30 terms?
Net 30 is available for qualifying businesses. To apply, contact our team and we will walk you through the application process, which includes a credit check. Once approved, you can place orders and pay within 30 days of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you need to return or exchange a product, contact us at +1-469-277-2710 or info@txstorefixtures.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will work with you to find the best resolution.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your shipment arrives with visible damage, note it on the freight delivery receipt before signing. Then contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage and your order number. We handle damage claims on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to resolve the issue.
Account & Order Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received a tracking email within a few business days of placing your order, contact us and we will provide an update.
Do I need an account to order?
Creating an account makes it easier to track orders, view order history, and reorder products. However, you can also place orders by calling us directly.
