Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with TX Store Fixtures (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you (“Buyer,” “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. By checking the acceptance box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms stated herein.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, freight, handling, or applicable taxes unless explicitly stated. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

3. Freight & Shipping

Due to the oversized and heavy nature of store fixtures, display cases, and shelving systems, shipping costs are calculated on a per-order basis. Freight charges may be added to your order after placement and before shipment. You will be notified of the total freight cost and must approve the updated total before your order ships. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. TX Store Fixtures is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full before order fulfillment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer (ACH), Zelle, and wire transfer. Orders will remain on hold until payment is confirmed. Returned payments or insufficient funds may result in order cancellation and additional fees.

5. Damage & Inspection

All shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt at the time of delivery. You must report any concealed damage or missing items to TX Store Fixtures within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with photos of the damage and packaging. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void any damage claim.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unassembled items in their original packaging. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, cancellation requests are subject to a processing fee. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow our Returns & Refunds policy.

8. Warranty & Liability

TX Store Fixtures sells products from various manufacturers. Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. We do not provide warranties beyond what is offered by the original manufacturer. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the purchase price of the item(s) in question. TX Store Fixtures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or any transaction with TX Store Fixtures shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

10. Privacy & Phone Verification

We collect business contact information including company name, phone number, email, and shipping address to fulfill orders and communicate about your purchase. Phone numbers provided at checkout are verified via one-time passcode (OTP) for order security and may be used to send payment links and order updates via SMS. By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving transactional text messages related to your order.

11. Modifications

TX Store Fixtures reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our website or placement of orders constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
