Items that ship via UPS Ground include clothing racks, mannequins, slatwall accessories, gridwall accessories, hangers, and small displays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and your delivery address. Most orders ship same or next business day from our Dallas, TX warehouse.

Free shipping on orders over $1,299 for ground-eligible items.

🚚 Freight Delivery for Large Items

Display cases, gondola shelving, wall cases, and other large fixtures ship via LTL freight carrier. These items are typically 150-400+ lbs and too large for standard ground shipping.

We'll get you an exact freight quote in about 2 minutes. Just add your items to the cart, enter your address at checkout, and we'll provide your shipping cost right away. You always approve the price before we charge anything.

🚚 Freight Delivery Details

Liftgate delivery is included with all freight shipments at no extra charge. The carrier will lower your pallet to ground level — you'll need 2+ people available to carry items inside.

Slatwall Exception: Liftgate cannot be used for slatwall panel deliveries. The metal banding must be cut and panels carried off the truck individually. Please have staff available to unload.

Business addresses only — We ship to commercial/business addresses. Residential delivery is not available.
Delivery hours — Freight deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Inspection — Please inspect all packages upon delivery. Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
Processing time — Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. We'll provide tracking once your shipment is picked up.

Most freight shipments arrive within 5-10 business days after leaving our warehouse. Items typically ship within 1-2 business days of your order being confirmed. We'll provide tracking information once your shipment is picked up.

Yes — liftgate delivery is included at no extra charge for all freight shipments. The only exception is slatwall panels, which must be unloaded manually (the metal banding needs to be cut and panels carried off individually).

No — we ship to business and commercial addresses only. All deliveries must be to a business location.

Small items (accessories, hooks, hangers) ship via UPS Ground. Large items (display cases, gondola shelving) ship via freight. You may receive two separate shipments. Ground items typically arrive before the freight shipment.
