Planning a Jewelry Case Run
Outfitting a whole store rather than replacing one case? Work it out in this order — it is how our fixtures team specs a jewelry floor.
1. Measure the counter
Take the total linear feet of selling counter you want behind glass, including the turns. Cases come in 4 ft and 6 ft, so most runs are a mix — 6 ft cases down the long walls, 4 ft to finish a run cleanly.
2. Assign each case a job
Use the table above. The main selling counter earns the jewelry-vision case; put half-vision where staff need bags and backstock; save the frameless case for the entrance where it is seen first.
3. Add locks and lighting per case
Locks and heat-free LED are per-case options, priced on each product page. For jewelry retail we recommend both on every case — decide it across the whole run, not case by case.

Do the display cases come with locks?
Security locks are a $19 add-on on every glass showcase — keyed sliding-door locks fitted before shipping. For jewelry retail we recommend them on every case.
Is LED lighting worth it for jewelry displays?
Yes — it is the single biggest visual upgrade. LED strips ($105) add sparkle without heat, so delicate pieces and finishes are not damaged. Nearly every jewelry store orders them.
What sizes do jewelry display cases come in?
Most cases come in 4ft and 6ft widths with adjustable 10–12 inch deep tempered-glass shelves — deeper than the 8–10 inch shelves common elsewhere, so you can merchandise more per case.
How fast do jewelry display cases ship?

What is the difference between full vision, half vision, extra vision and jewelry vision?
Full vision runs glass from the counter top nearly to the floor, so every shelf is visible. Half vision pairs a glass display top with an enclosed storage base. Extra vision uses the tallest glass panels for the largest viewable area of the three. Jewelry vision angles the top glass section toward the customer for rings and watches. All four use tempered safety glass with sliding rear doors and keyed locks.
Can I mix case types in one counter run?
Yes. Every counter-height case shares the same 38 inch standard height, so 4ft and 6ft cases and different vision styles line up flush in one continuous run. Corner cases join the run at the turns.
How tall and deep are the cases?
Counter cases are 38 inches high and 18–20 inches deep. A 4ft case is 48 inches long and a 6ft case is 70 inches long. Interior shelves are adjustable tempered glass, 10–12 inches deep.
